You are more than an empty vase

Your vessel is filled every day with what you choose to take your time. So, what is in your vase? Is happiness a flower in your vase, is good friendships a flower in your vase? Is fulfillment in your employment a flower in your vase?

Or is your vase filled with anger, sadness, burnout and unfulfillment.

If your vase is filled with poisonous flowers that keep on fuelling a toxic mental environment for you it is time to do what we like to call a life stocktake.

How does one perform a life stocktake? Well our consultants or short courses do teach individuals how to perform a life stock step by step but we will also go through the recipe here in short form to implement it into your own lives.

Out of 10, 0 being the worst - 10 being the best score. In each of these areas of your life where do you fall on that scale?

  1. Self-Awareness

  2. Health and Well-being

  3. Relationships and Connection

  4. Purpose and Passion

  5. Growth and Learning

  6. Gratitude and Positivity

  7. Contribution and Giving Back

  8. Financial Stability and Security

  9. Work-Life Balance

  10. Joy and Fun

Obviously 100 is the best score, 50 is the mid range score and below 50 you are barely surviving. To bring perspective back into your day when we started our own journey we were scoring ourselves at 5 on the scorecard.

We are only 7 months into this journey and we are now scoring ourselves at 41. Now 41 compared to 5 is a huge improvement but we are still not even at breaking even. We are being open and honest with you the reader because we need you to understand that there is no quick fix solution, whenever we focus on one thing, we fall short in another area. Whenever we add something we lose something. So right now we are processing a balancing act. What are we doing to eventually work our way up to 100? Well, we keep a daily stock take on the day, how do we stay consistent in that? Well it is turned into a game, can I get 100% in a day, can I get above 50% in a week?

Just remember you can do anything you set your mind to, but the journey to success (success would be reaching 100%) is a life long journey. If you fall off the wagon for a month, you might need time to what I like to call Your Growth Hibernation Stage. That is fine, that is part of the journey but after YBHS it is time to start working towards 100% again.

Let us know where you are currently scoring, share this with a friend and discuss your scores. Create a group to keep yourselves on track to reaching 100% or like us do it on your own. More importantly DM us to receive our change your life starter pack! We have consultants who coach people who are ready to help you change your life if you do not want to do this journey by yourself. We are also in the process to creating an online forum for people to be part of a community setting to reach your goals. We are turning our own journal into a journal you can buy so that we can be doing the same thing every day together as a wonderful community with like minded individuals.

And as always remember to Prospere.
